I know what it's like to spend hours thinking about food, but I'm here to tell you it doesn't have to be that way. I support clients who want to break free from restrictive dieting to pursue a more satisfying & enjoyable way of eating. What makes this practice different is that I'm not only concerned with what you're eating -- I care about why you're eating.
