I know what it's like to spend hours thinking about food, but I'm here to tell you it doesn't have to be that way. I support clients who want to break free from restrictive dieting to pursue a more satisfying & enjoyable way of eating. What makes this practice different is that I'm not only concerned with what you're eating -- I care about why you're eating. 

Together, we'll establish rhythms of self-care, enjoyable and healthful eating experiences and, most importantly, a new identity outside of your disordered eating.

We're all trying to figure out who we are and what we believe. Every single one of us wants to lead a fulfilling life where we make time for what matters most to us. The truth is it's really hard to do that with a head full of food and body image concerns.
