Hi, my name is Alyssa Pike. I'm a non-diet registered dietitian who believes food is a gift, health is multifaceted, and perfection is a myth. You weren't created to think about food all day, but sometimes it can feel like that's all there's time for. My mission is to help you establish a healthier relationship with food & cultivate a more fulfilling, nourished life.


The world needs who you were created to be. Don't let food and body image concerns convince you otherwise.

The Philosophy

My intention is to help you improve your relationship with food and your body through realistic goals that align with your values -- without guilt, shame or restriction. Together, we'll find a way of eating, moving and living that prioritizes nourishing and satisfying food choices, establishes ways to move joyfully and cultivates habits that take care of your whole self.
